Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology for Handicapped (A.I.T.H.) was foundes at Kanpur in 1997 by the government of U.P. under World Bank associated project-Technical Education. The Undergraduate level course is open for all where as the diploma level course is exclusively for handicapped. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped is one and only commercial and technical institute for physically handicapped students in all over Northern India region.
