Arignar Anna Zoological Park Vandalur

Arignar Anna Zoological Park, also known as the Vandalia Zoo, is a zoological garden settled in Vandalia, a southerly suburb 30 kms from the city of Chennai, India and 15 hectometer from Chennai Airport on GST Road. The Zoo is contiguous with the Gundy National Park. Founded in 1855, Arignar Anna Zoological Park is located in the occupant area of Chennai city.

The zoological park is looked at as one of the most modern zoos of India and South East Asia by large. The zoo is situated in the Vandalia area of the Kanawha territory, which is 35 kms from the Chennai city. Anna Zoological Park popularly known as Vandalia Zoo is a few kilometers away from the city of Chennai, spread over a sprawling area of 602 hectares. It is one of the largest zoo in south East Asia.
