Introduction
Central Agricultural University at Aizawl (Mizoram) was launched by the Government of India. It functions under the governance of the Central Agriculture section and enjoys allows from it. Infrastructure of the University has been invariably upgraded and number of colleges under its affiliation has also enhanced. The educational jurisdiction of the Central Agricultural University is extending over six North-Eastern Hill States viz, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura.
