The Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) was founded in 1969. The purpose behind organization of this institution was to launch and control the advancement in Indian Languages. The institute helps the intention of maintaining the unity of Indian languages by scientific studies and hence changes towards common modernization of languages. CIIL Abstract is creating a Bilingual Ontology: A Corpus-Based Approach for standing WordNet and HowNet.
