Introduction
Council of Higher Secondary Education, Orissa was founded in accordance with the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 having been agreed to by the controller on the 23rd October 1982 to govern, assure and develop Higher Secondary Education in the State of Orissa. The direct function of the assembling started out from 7th September 1982 in a rented basing up at Goutam Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
