But I have the information of this year examination I think it may help you.
Last year Online Registration of Application dates are 01.12.2011 to 21.12.2011
And the exam AIPGMEE 2012 conduct on January 8, 2012

So I can suggest you the exam will conduct in January month and you can apply for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination for MD MS MDS P.G. Diploma in December month of year.
