On this page first of all you have to enter your Roll No after that you must choose the CET combination from given options

PCS -> Physics, Chemistry & Computer Science
PCM -> Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
PCB -> Physics, Chemistry & Biology
PCT -> Physics, Chemistry & Bio-Technology
LAW -> Legal Studies & Awareness
