School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences is the part of Madurai Kamaraj University. School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences is provides Department of Geography and Department of Environmental Remote Sensing and Cartography.

The Madurai Kamaraj University through its School Of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences department invited candidates for Project Fellow position.

Applications are invited on prescribed format for a Project Fellow position available in the Department of Geography, School of Earth and Atmospheric Science, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai - 625 021 to work on the UGC sponsored Project.

Criteria:

Title of the project:
Geography-Medical analysis of Epidemiological and Ecological Aspects of Chikungunya and its control planning in Madurai city: RS & GIS Approach”

Position : Project Fellow (01)

Duration : 3 Years.

Fellowship : Rs.14, 000/- for first two years and 16, 000/- for 3rd year (Per month Consolidated)

Qualification : M.Sc. (with at least 55% marks) in Geography/Applied Geography Desirable qualifications: NET qualified candidates or candidates having previous experience at Master level with Project done in Medical Geography
