Hi I would like to have information about Singhania University as well as like to know if Singhania University is recognised by University Grants Commissiion?

Singhania University has been built up by the Govt. of Rajasthan, under Ordinance 6 of 2007. It is an UGC perceived college according to Sec. 2f of the UGC Act 1956.

Singhania University is arranged at Pacheri Bari, Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) on the Delhi-Narnaul Singhana - Pilani Road. It is around 160 kms. west of Delhi and around 165 kms. north of Jaipur. The University can be come to either by rail or by street. The closest railroad stations are Narnaul (19 kms.) and Chirawa (45 kms.)

The grounds that covers a zone of around 30 sections of land of land is beautiful and far from the racket of the city. The tranquility of the slope bolts all around enrich the grounds with a perfect situation for training and research.

Singhania University came in presence by the motivations of Smt. Narmada Devi Singhanaia, mother of the author Shri. D.C. Singhania.
