Hi I would like to have brief about SPMCIL as well as the details of the CSR Fair held from 4th to 6th May 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi?

Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) was framed after corporatisation of nine units including four mints, four presses and one paper process which were prior working under the Ministry of Finance.

The Company has four Presses, four Mints and one Paper Mill to meet the prerequisites of RBI for Currency Notes and Coins and State Governments for Non-Judicial Stamp Papers and Postal Departments for postal stationery, stamps and so on and Ministry of External Affairs for international IDs, visa stickers and other travel records.

CSR Fair held from 4th to 6th May 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

SPMCIL partaken in the CSR Fair held from fourth May to sixth May 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi composed by Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprise in relationship with ONGC Ltd and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The stall was one of the principle attractions in the Fair. The stall was introduced by Shri Anant G Geete, Hon'ble Minister, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises and Shri Babul Supriyo, Hon'ble Minster of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises.

The stall went by and increased in value by Smt. Seema Bahuguna, Secretary, DPE, Dr. Madhukar Gupta, Additional Secretary, DPE, Shri B.N. Mishra, Director, DPE, Shri Mukesh Kumar Gupta, Director (MOU), DPE and other senior authorities of Government of India, DPE, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, CPSEs.

The stall saw an extensive number of guests with parcel of excitement and interest as our organization is included in stamping of coins, printing of money notes, international IDs and so on and assumed a major part in remonetisation as of late. CSR Fair was finished on sixth May 2017 with an extraordinary achievement.
