In 2011 a air flight was crashed. This Air Accident is operating by Investigation Unit Ireland. Six persons, including both pilots, were fatally injured. Four passengers were seriously injured and two received minor injuries.

On 10 February 2011, a Fairchild SA 227-BC Metro III registered EC-ITP, was operating a scheduled commercial air transport flight from Belfast City (EGAC) to Cork (EICK) with 2 Flight Crew members and 10 passengers on board.

The AAIU Final Report into this Accident was translated into Spanish by the Spanish Accident Investigation Authority CIAIAC.
