Department of Botany, Nagaland University, Lumami, Nagaland had advertised a notification for the recruitment of Project Fellow vacancies for the project entitled of “Collection, Identification, Conservation, Morpho-Cyto-Taxonomy and Genomic In Situ Hybridization of underutilized and wild relatives of Sechium edule (Jacq) Sw” on temporary basis.

Eligible candidates applied in prescribed application format on or before 31-05-2017 (Read as 30-04-2017).

Name of the Post: Project Fellow

Age Limit:
Candidate’s age limit should be not more than 28 years as on 31-05-201.
Age relaxation was admissible for SC/ ST/ PH/ OBC candidates as per Government of India rules and regulations.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates possessed M.Sc. Botany/ M.Sc. Molecular Biology/M.Sc. Biotechnology with experience on molecular techniques, Fluorescent Microscopy, PCR, Gel electrophoresis and Molecular Cytogenetics would be preferred.

Selection Process:
Candidates were selected based on applicant’s performance in Interview.
