Customers of Security National Insurance Company should follow three steps to apply for claim.

Step 1:
Call or Email

Step 2:
Submit Documentation

Step 3:
Receive Payment

Step 1:
You should call or mail firstly to company to notify of death. The Company person will give information about required documents for claim.

Step 2:
Following information required:
Death Claimant’s Statement,
Signed by beneficiary.
Download Claims Form.
Photocopy of Death Certificate.

Step 3:
When payment will be received, the company will sent as quickly as possible.
