will i be eligible for final year

I have scored above 60% in 1st and 3rd semester and my score in 4th semester will also be above 60%. I have just given 2nd semester maths paper(back exam), I don't think i will pass that paper. Will I get admission in the 3rd year with a backlog in semester 2.
i am pursuing BSc mathematics from RTMNU.
