Candidates are required to apply in a prescribed format of Application form of Madras University for Migration Certificate.

Candidates Who have passed the Higher Secondary Course of State Board or Senior Higher Secondary Course of Central Board SHOULD NOT use this form for Eligibility Certificate

The fee prescribed for the issue of Migration Certificate is RS. 5oo

The fee should be paid in the form of an account payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar University of Madras, Chennai ' 600 005. on any of the Nationalised Banks.

Postal order / Money order Will not be accepted.

A self-addressed Envelops Sufficiently Stamped，Should be enclosed for sending the certificate by Registered Post.

Migration certificate is issued only once.

Candidate Who has failed or discontinued the course should enclose a copy of the Transfer Certificate issued by the college and also submit the copies of statement of marks issued by the University.
