Eligibility Criteria

Passing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/M.Sc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE etc.) is mandatory.

Candidates are required to score at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale (55% or CGPA of 6 for SC/ST/PD candidates) in their qualifying degree.

Candidates must have a valid GATE score. B.Tech graduates from any IIT with a CGPA/CPI of 8.00 and above need not appear for GATE.
