MBA in Business Management (MBA-BM) is the flagship programme of Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar as well as the Xavier University. The Program leads to the MBA degree of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.
While the Program is based on the standard model of management education as practised by top ranking institutions, this Program is distinguished by its thoroughness and discipline.

Eligibility for Executive MBA-BM
The minimum requirements for admission to the Programme are:
• A three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least 55% marks in aggregate;
• At least three years of experience in executive capacity in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons with minimum 3 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree can also be considered;
• Minimum age of 23
• Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIMB.

Admission Procedure
• The selection is made based on the scores in exams XAT/CAT/GMAT and it includes Written Ability Test and Personal Interview (which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience).
