Research methodology provides the scientific basis to gain new knowledge and to
systematically obtain information from existing body of knowledge and to analyze emerging ones.

The proposed workshop seeks to address these concerns with the MPhil, PhD scholars and young academics/faculty members in addressing the core questions of doing research, the process to conduct so systematically.

The workshop is open to scholars working for MPhil, PhD, Post-doctoral research, young faculty working in colleges and universities as well as researchers in research institutes located in Delhi.

The workshop is free of charge with no registration fee required to be paid by the applicants.

The broad themes under which various issues shall be covered are mentioned below:

Social Science Research: Principles, Types, Stages, Research Ethics etc.

Designing Research: Proposal, Reviewing Literature, Design of Research, Qualitative & Quantitative Methods
