Hello sir, is there any one can provide me here detail for the general condition of contract with NBCC?

The Navratna organisation under category I, is a Central Public Sector Undertaking which trades publicly in the market and is largely owned by Government of India.

The Contract means the documents forming the tender and acceptance thereof and the formal agreement executed between the competent authorities on behalf of NBCC.

The contractor, together with the documents referred to therein including these conditions, the specifications, designs, drawings and instructions issued from time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge and all these documents taken together, shall be deemed to form one contract and shall be complementary to one another.
