On 16 January 2015, the Oriental University City Holdings (H.K.) Limited is define the sole sponsor, sole bookrunner and sole lead manager on the HK$120.6 million Hong Kong IPO.

The Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright was advised BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited as the sole sponsor, sole bookrunner and sole lead manager on the HK$120.6 million Hong Kong IPO.

The Oriental University City was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 16 January 2015.

The ultimate controlling shareholder of Oriental University City is Raffles Education Corporation, a listed company in Singapore.

Oriental University City (08067.HK) -0.020 (-0.524%) was announced the listing on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of placing.

The company was place 45 million shares at the placing price ranging from $2.6 to $2.68. The net proceeds are expected to be approximately $77.8 million.
