JEE Mains is an all India level Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted by the CBSE for admission into National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and other centrally funded Engineering colleges. It is considered as one of the toughest engineering entrance examinations at the undergraduate level. JEE Mains is also a qualifying exam for students targeting for JEE Advanced. JEE Mains offline mode of examination is scheduled expected on 8th April 2018 (Sunday) and the online mode of examination will be conducted on 15th (Sunday) and 16th (Monday) of April 2018. The top 2,24,000 candidates from JEE Mains will be eligible for appearing in the Advanced level of the examination that will be conducted online (Computer Based Test) by IIT Kanpur on 21st of May 2018.
