The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) are a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher education. These institutes have been declared by Act of Parliament as institutions of national importance. AIIMS New Delhi, the fore-runner parent excellence institution, was established in 1956. Rate List of Hospital Charges New Delhi Outpatient Charges & Inpatient Hospitalization Charges 1. Outpatient Charges New Registration Rs 10/- (Valid for current calendar year) 2. Inpatient Hospitalization Charges (a) General Wards i) Admission charges (Non-refundable) Rs.25/- at the time of admission. ii) Hospitalization charges Rs.35/- per day Patients being admitted in General ward will pay an advance for 10 days charges at the time of admission, i.e. Rs 375/- (Rs 35 per day for 10 days + Rs 25 admission charges). These charges are inclusive of routine basic investigations and routine procedures. (b) Private Wards Miscellaneous: Treatment in Intensive Care Areas (Pvt.
