Please tell me dates to issue the admit card of 2017 Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical and also let me know other details of exam?

According to me the Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical has been replaced by NEET UG and here I will let you know dates to get admit card along with details of exam and also want to tell you that in admit card you will get information like schedule, roll number, timings, exam centres etc.

Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer
