West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conduct the WBJEE 2017 entrance test on April 23, 2017 for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes. WBJEE will be held in offline mode in 2 sessions – the morning session will be for Paper-I in Mathematics (11 am - 1 pm) and the evening session for Paper-II in Physics & Chemistry (2 pm-4 pm). WBJEE 2017 will be held in centres across 19 districts as well as two test centres in neighbouring states of Assam and Tripura. Payment of Application Fees One will have to pay the application fees while filling the online application form. Payment can be done in both online or offline mode. WBJEE 2017 application form will not be accepted until the application fees is paid. Online Mode: Through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card Offline Mode: Through Bank Challan. One will have to take a print out of the challan and deposit the fees at the nearest CBS branch of Allahabad Bank. Bank service charges will be added to the application fees. WBJEE Application Fee Mode of Payment Application Fee Online Payment Rs. 500 Offline Payment Rs. 500 + Bank Service Charges WBJEE Exam Pattern 2017 WBJEE 2017 will have multiple choice questions (MCQs) or objective type questions. There will be 4 answer options for every question wherein the test takers have to choose 1 correct answer option out of the 4. The candidates have to mark the correct answer for each question on the OMR sheet. For each incorrect/multiple answer options, 1/4th mark will be deducted. 1 mark will be given for each correct answer option in Category 1, while 2 marks will be given for each correct answer option in Category 2 & 3. The test takers have to mark the answer options on the OMR sheet with blue or black ball point pen. |
