Checklist For Admission Application-

Xerox copy of Birth Certificate / S.S.L.C. Certificate

Xerox copy of Community Certificate

Xerox copies of HSC/UG/PG/M.Phil. Mark Statements and Convocation Certificates

Xerox copies of approval of qualification granted by the respective university.

Xerox copies of Certificates of Research Experiences

Part-Time candidates should enclose the following certificates along with application.

A service certificate from the Head of the Institution where the candidate is employed indicating the date of appointment (i.e., whether permanent or temporary or leave vacancy etc.) should be furnished. If there is any break in service (if it is not a continuous service), the details should be
furnished.

A No Objection Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
