RCUB is a computer centre whose primary function is to provide computer and information-communication services to faculties and other institutions members of the University of Belgrade.

Besides that, RCUB represents a central communication node of the Academic network of Serbia (AMRES).

Belgrade University Computer Centre (RCUB) began its work in 1992, in order to provide computer services to the members of the University of Belgrade

RCUB specializes in two main areas:

Information technologies – information systems allocation, software application development

Communication technologies – computer network allocation, development of the infrastructure and communication services based on the Internet technology

Projects

RCUB has participated in many international FP7 and TEMPUS projects.

RCUB achieved some remarkable results, thus helping the reducement of the technology gap between countries in Europe. RCUB main tasks within these projects were development and management services, development of guidelines and technical solutions, etc.
