National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, formerly known as Karnataka Regional Engineering College, also known as NIT Surathkal, is a public engineering university at Surathkal, Mangalore.

NITK was ranked 16th among engineering colleges in India by India Today in 2017,6th by Outlook India and 14th by The Week.
