As per me Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has not invited application form for Sikhya Sahayak post, but it has published recruitment notification for following posts :

Last Date to Apply Online: 17-01-2018 till 11:59 pm
Last Date for Payment of Fee at any branch of SBI: 20-01-2018
Last Date for Receipt of Hard Copy of Application: 29-01-2018 till 05:00 pm


Eligibility:
Applicants must have M.B.B.S. or equivalent Degree from a Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India, valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical Registration Rules 1965.

Age Limit:
Applicants age should be 21 to 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Selection Process:
Applicants will be selected based on career marking & written test.

Examination Fee:
Applicants required to pay Rs.300/- through Online Challan deposit in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). Candidates belonging to SC/ ST of Odisha and persons with disability, whose permanent disability is more than 40% are exempted form this payment.

Apply process:
Applicants may apply online through the website www.opsc.gov.in from 19-12-2017 to 17-01-2018 till 11:59 pm & send the hard copy of application along with relevant documents, passport size photographs & in an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon)” by Registered/ Speed Post/ Courier to Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr.P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001 on or before 29-01-2018 till 05:00 pm.
