The Madhya Pradesh-Pre Engineering Test was a state level examination organised by the Vyapam Board for admission to Engineering Colleges in Madhya Pradesh, India.

It was conducted by Vyapam, the Professional Examination Board of Madhya Pradesh.

PET was based on syllabus of subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of grade 11 and 12.

But in 2014 the MP PET test is replaced by Joint Entrance Examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification:
Those who have completed 12th with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics as their main subjects under Madhya Pradesh Board they may apply for MP PET test.

Candidates from Higher Secondary Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects are also eligible.

Age Limit:
Candidates should exceed the age limit of 21 years,
Relaxable by 3 years in case of SC/ST which is 24 years

Required Documents:
The following documents are required from an applicant.

12th class mark sheet as well as a certificate from the Madhya Pradesh board or Higher Secondary Board
Category Certificate if candidate belongs to OBC/SC/ST
Domicile Certificate if applicant is a native of Madhya Pradesh
Admit card of JEE Main as well as admit card of MP PET 2018
Scorecard of JEE Main is also mandatory.
