The Indian Institute of Technology IIT Delhi will invite online application form for admission in M.Tech programs in the second week of March 2018.

All candidates should have qualified GATE examination to be eligible for allotment through IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission 2018.

IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission Tentative Dates 2018-

Start of Online Registration Second week of March 2018
Final Date to Submit Application Form
and Payment of Fee Last week of March 2018
Test/Interview Third week of May to Third week of June 2018
Date of Orientation and Registration
for New Students Third week of July 2018
Commencement of Classes Third week of July 2018

IIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should have completed their qualifying B.E/ B.Tech degree.

Should have secured more than 300 marks in GATE 2018 examination. SC/ST category candidates should have scored minimum 200 marks. GATE 2018 application form is now available till October 9, 2017 (8 pm).

IIT graduate candidates should have secured 8.5 CGPA in their qualifying degree. For SC/ST candidates the cutoff of CGPA is 6.75 to 6.25.

Those candidates who have cleared AMIE or Grad IETE qualifications may also be considered for admissions on the basis of their performance in AMIE/Grad IETE.
