The Vrs scheme is given one time for ONGC employees whose education and health both
very poor. The latest Technologies i.e e-tender above 10 lakhs to 100 lakhs due to paper less work, the old person not known the new technologies. However all GT's taken 25 weeks training from ONGC. As per previous record the old person was not educated. Hence the training is not useful due to poor English
