Re: spectroscopy / analytical test facility indian institute of science
Sophisticated Analytical Instruments Facility was established in 1977 by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India Initially under the Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC) programme, with Indian Institute of Science, Raman Research Institute, National Aeronautical Laboratory, all in Bangalore and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Bombay as the participating institutions. It provide NMR facilities to scientists to carry out measurements for the purpose of research. Aimed at the development of new techniques, sophisticated instruments or improvement of existing instruments. The Sophisticated Analytical Instruments Facility has the following spectrometers for the general use. 400 MHz solid state NMR spectrometer 400 MHz liquid state NMR spectrometer 500 MHz liquid state NMR spectrometer Facilities Available- CHN ANALYZER for macroscopic samples CHNS/O MICRO ANALYZER FT-IR / RAMAN SPECTROMETER INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA OPTICAL EMISSION SPECTROMETER (ICP-OES) TIME RESOLVED FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETER DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETER (DSC) HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETER (LCMS) GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETER (GC-MS) UV-VISIBLE SPECTROMETER STOP-FLOW SPECTROMETER POLARIZING MICROSCOPE FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPE Enquiries regarding sample submission forms, cost of analysis, tracking of sample harish.satf@sid.iisc.ernet.in, 080 2293 3053 Contact- Spectroscopy / Analytical Test Facility (SATF) Entrepreneurship centre, Society for Innovation & Development (SID), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore-560 012 |
