Community for Women's Studies and Development, Banaras Hindu University is one of the spearheading Center of the nation in the territory of Women's Studies and from that point forward it has been contributing essentially to advance a sexual orientation amicable society. The course being interdisciplinary in nature, guest faculties are drawn from several disciplines. : History, Pol. Science, Literature, Law, Geography, Economic, Environment, Sociology etc.

Women's studies being interdisciplinary both participants as well as resource persons are from various disciplines. There is no fixed syllabus for these courses.
