The Badger Remote Terminal Units (RTU) provides a family of rack-mountable RTUs that are remotely located to collect alarms by contact closures, voltages, and serial data streams.

Badger RTUs are capable of:

19" rack mountable, DC powered , 1æ" high
monitoring contact closures
Collecting and counting pulses
Measuring analog voltages
Monitoring tbos serial alarm data
Analyzing alarm data by boolean and relational equations
Automatically operating control relay outputs
Operating control relay outputs (form c contacts)
Filtering alarms by delay timers
Time-tagging alarm data
Communicating alarm data to the master by modem or multi-drop circuits (rs-232, RS-422, or VF)

Badger RTU Models include:

1725 - Bistate RTU
1785 - Intelligent RTU
1798 - Intelligent RTU (TBOS)
1200 - Intelligent RTU for the Badger 2000 Master
1400 - RTU Expander for the Badger 2000 Master
Omni2021DAD - Data Aquisition Device
