Hello sir, please provide me here application form for OPENMATE entrance exam is organised by IGNOU?

OPENMAT is the entrance exam conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University, for admission to its MBA program.

It is an aptitude test designed to assess the candidate’s aptitude in Management.

The OPENMAT entrance test is conducted twice every year usually in the months August and February.

Openmate exam dates:

Last date to submit the Application Form for phase 1 exam was 9 September 2016
Date of IGNOU OPENMAT 2017 (XL) 23 October 2016
Admit card sent by post 10 days before the test
Availability of Hall Ticket online 3 days before the test
Result declared within 6-7 weeks from the exam date
Last date to submit the Application Form along with Result Card, Identity proof, and other relevant documents for phase 1 exam 30 November 2016 – 31 May 2017
IGNOU OPENMAT XLI (Phase 2 Exam)
Last date to submit the Application Form was 15 December 2016
Date of IGNOU OPENMAT 2017 (XLI) 5 February 2017
Admit card sent by post 10 days before the test (around 25 January 2016)
Availability of Hall Ticket online 25 January 2017
Result declared on 30 March 2017
Last date to submit the Application Form alongwith Result Card, Identity proof, and other relevant documents for phase 2 exam 31 May 2017 – 30 November 2017
