The Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati was established in the year 1993. This is coming under the aegis of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, as a modern super speciality hospital, was granted the status of a university in the year 1995 by an act of A.P. state legislature vide act no.12 of 1995.

The Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati, is inviting applications for admission into its BPT., B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Sc. (Paramedical) Programmes.

Education:
Candidates should have passed intermediate examination or any other examination with 50% of marks (40% of marks for SC/ST and BC candidates) recognized as equivalent thereto with optional subjects of botany, zoology, physics and chemistry.
