Citi One Bill and conveniently settle all your bills with only one due date to remember. You can pay for your utility bills and even donate to charitable institutions and automatically charge them to your Citi Card.

The Procedure for the Enrolling the Citi Bank Auto Debit Facility is as follow

There are 2 ways you can enroll:

Online

Fill out the Citi One Bill Enrollment Form and click on the "I Accept" button at the bottom of the page.

You can also access the form when you log in to your Citibank Online Account.
Just click on Services > Card Services > One Bill Registration.

Phone-In

Call 423 3000 or 995-9999 for Metro Manila or 234 9999 for Metro Cebu.
Provide the necessary information on the utility or charitable accounts you want to enroll.
Upon enrollment, wait for a confirmation letter from Citibank stating that your accounts have been successfully enrolled in Citibank One Bill.
