The Lakshmi Vilas Bank offers several types of Loans. The Bank also offers Home Loan named as ‘Lakshmi Home Loan’.

Lakshmi Home Loan

Eligibility:
Individuals and HUFs having sufficient income and able to produce satisfactory proof such income

Type of Facility (or) Purpose:
Construction of new house / flat

Purchase of a new house / flat constructed by a reputed Promoter / Contractor

Additional construction or alterations carried out by the owners of the house

Repairs on House

Purchase of old houses

Purchase of approved residential plots

Margin:
20% of the project cost in the case of loans for construction / purchase of new house / flat
25 % of the purchase consideration in the case of purchase of old houses / approved residential plots

Repayment Period:
Maximum of 240 months or the borrower attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier for purchase / construction of new house / flat

Maximum of 60 months, without holiday period, if the loan is sanctioned for repairs / renovation and for purchase of residential plot
