The IT@UC Governance Structure comprises of the IT Council and five topical boards of trustees — Core Services and Shared Infrastructure, eLearning, Information Security and Compliance, IT Managers and Research and Development.

These boards of trustees answer to the IT Council, which bolsters into the college's Integrated Decision Making process and to the Senior Vice Presidents.

More than 350 understudy, personnel and staff delegates go to month to month gatherings and fill in as a feature of college wide IT Governance.
