Hello dear, as per my searching I was founded that there is no need for sectional cut off marks in Staff Selection Commission CGL exam.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is releasing the cutoff marks for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier – I) in July.

The SSC CGL Tier – 1 and Tier – 2 is held in May and August simultaneously.


The cutoff for SSC CGL Tier-2 will be published in the month of October.

Staff Selection Commission shortlists the candidates on the basis of the minimum qualifying score known as the SSC CGL Cutoff.

There is no sectional cutoff in the SSC CGL Examination hence it is a good thing for the candidates.
