Media of Art Program :

The media arts program provides students with a broad background in the media with preparation for a career in media-related areas. Students learn how to write for print and broadcast, how to create still and moving visual images, and how to use the latest computer communication technology. Graduates are prepared for meaningful work in public relations, corporate and institutional communications, and marketing.


Animation: Studies & Practice

This course will introduce students to the art of animation from a historical, theoretical, and technical standpoint. Students will be introduced to different formats and techniques of animation and will get to experiment with various animation techniques as a part of the coursework.

Prerequisite: MEDA 250 with a minimum grade of C-. 4 credits.
