Eligibility for Ph.D. Programmed

1. To be eligible for entrance test, one must have obtained a master degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in a 10 point scale or 60% of marks in aggregate of any recognized University, or any degree recognized as equivalent in the subject in which one wants to pursue a course or research or in an allied subject.

2. One having GATE/NET/GPAT/CAT/XAT/QIP or any National level recognized test or having been granted fellowship by recognized organization (such as DST Inspire etc.) is exempted from entrance test and they have to appear the Via-Voice of the University.

3. One having more than 55% and less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA is also eligible for entrance test subject to having 5 years of experience in technical institute/R& D laboratories/Industries.
