IIT Kanpur , department of Physics offers M.Sc in Physics course of 2 year duration. Here I am providing the syllabus for it:

Mean Field Theories In Random Alloys:-
Tight-binding approximation and Green function techniques; virtual crystal approximation (VCA); averaged T-matrix approximation (ATA); coherent potential approximation (CPA); beyond the CPA. augmented space formation; KKR method
and KKRCPA. density functional techniques; beyond KKR-CPA.
