| Vishal Kotkar | Re: UGC Phd Rules You are looking for the rules of UGC Phd so the eligibility for the PHD from the UGC ia as bellow: 1.Students having passed Post Graduate Degree (Master Degree) Examination with at least 50% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA). 2.Students having passed Post-Graduate Degree (Master Degree) Examination Law Faculty with at least 55%.
