Jamia Millia Islamia is an Indian Central University settled in Delhi. It was in the first place founded at Aligarh in United Provinces, India in 1920. It turned a Central University by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1988. In Urdu and Arabic, Jamia intends University, and Millia means National. The university gives a number of courses at school, undergraduate and postgraduate level. Jamia Millia Islamia University affiliated by UGC.
