Introduction
KIAMS was founded by an extraordinary industrial house, the Kirloskars. In line with their philosophy and viewpoint, the education procedures of KIAMS are built on bedrock of values. Its ruling paradigm is Education by Values. There are three fields where Value is seen in action: Beliefs, works and Result.
Kirloskar Institute is providing a 2 year full-time residential curriculum accepted as the Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Other activities include Management Development Programs, Traning and Consultancy for Industry, Academic research and conferences. KIAMS is sanctioned by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Government of India. In 1991, KIAMS was believed as a training institute and a knowledge hub where Kirloskar Group managers shared their discovering and caught up with the most recent movements and conceptions n management.
KIAMS has utilized for AICTE approval and the procedure is underway Academic Faculty in Marketing, Finance, and HR & Operations Management.
