Kurnool Medical College, is a medical school in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is an former and second largest medical college later Osmania Medical College, in Andhra Pradesh. It is a proud of Rayalaseema. The college was started on 21 July 1956 through Sri T.T. Krishnamachari, the then Finance Minister of India. Fifty students were admitted to the M.B.B.S. program. Dr. C. Venkata Ramaiah was appointed as First Principal and Special Officer of Kurnool Medical College. Its hospital is well equipped with lot of cases and many patients to manage. This is a plus point for a student to get admission in this college.
