The Kurukshetra University was founded in 1956 as a united residential University. Mission of the KU is to creating a class of students and athletes with impressed human values, adequately provided with desirable abilities and devoted to the advancement of society by conservation, creation and application of knowledge in the issuing global. The University has also been recognized by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council.
