Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani–Dubai (BITS, Pilani-Dubai, or BPDC) is a prime technical institute for higher education situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. BITS, Pilani – Dubai (BPD) is the branch campus of the internationally esteemed BITS, Pilani – India . It was establish in September 2000 in Dubai in affiliation with the ETA Ascon Star Group, in response to the development requires for quality Engineering education among the residents of the Middle East . BITS, Pilani commenced the Dubai Campus with the formal approval of Ministry of HRD and University Grants Commission (UGC), Govt of India. It offered M.Sc.(Tech.) Engineering Technology program for their student.
Eligibility for admission to M.Sc.(Tech)
12th Grade passes from accredited boards with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and adequate proficiency in English. Examinees who are in service and have 3 years Technical Diploma from accredited boards are qualified to apply and will be treated as advanced standing admission. Suitable program exemptions will be provided on a case through case basis enabling them to complete the programme in shorter duration.
