Nagaland University Nagaland Central University

Introduction
Nagaland University is a Central University launched by the Government in India in the state of Nagaland. Nagaland University, Lumami was constituted on 6.9.1994, with 39 affiliated colleges and campuses in Kohima, Lumami and Medziphema,25 departments,4 school of studies,18,078 students,109 teaching staffs.The university aims to broadcast knowledge for the empowerment of the citizens of Nagaland and upliftment of their socio economic and cultural scenario. The University has about 47 colleges attached to it and had a total student enrollment of about 18,000.
